CTD after trying to load any savegame

Hi all, captains...
I have this really annoying problem of experiencing crashing to desktop after trying to load a savegame... any savegame.
I'm currently running GWX 2.1, and OLC GUI 1.2.3
I save while on the surface, and i always rollback SH3 commander before starting the game. I experienced the same when i was running GWX 2.0...
Does anyone here have this problem?
Any help would be appreciated!!

Did you install mods during patrol?
Did you use an older Careeer with the new GWX?
Do you have the newest SH3-Commander Files for GWX2.1

Methinks there is a newer Version of OLC GUI!
Not sure though!
