Sorry, mate! This ship is NOT russian Gangut-class battleship.
At first - some Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_battleship_Gangut_%281909%29)
Secondly, reconstruction between WWI and WWII gave ships very distinctive look (first funnel) - see here (http://russiaflot.narod.ru/html/ww2/lk_sevastop.html)
Somewhere I have seen detailed description and blueprints but can't remeber where. If I find them, I'll let you know.

I do believe that's a KGV...
Atleast it looks better then the actual Gangut, those things were UUUGGGLLLYYY, The Russians seem to have knack for that...
the ship 's a simple KGV clone with slight modifications cranes , plane , catapult removed and a new skin . the only 3D tool i master a little 's Gmax and i couldn't find any object importer for Gmax so .. i made this ship for me first to enhance my russian traffic if you don't like it nobody forces you to install it .

fixed tx for the feedback
Hi jpm, maybe you should try to PM Sea Tiger (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/member.php?u=229772) , I know that he's using Gmax too and he converts his models to .obj, I saw some of them in game.
yes if somebody knows how to import and export wavefront obj files with Gmax that's interests me
WWI capital ships were rarely gracious , russian didn't always made only ugly things

:stare: It isn't.
No, I mean it really. I like it. A lot!
Dreadnoughts and battleships are some of the finest looking pieces of machinary the human kind has produced. They all have a beauty in them :yep:
And russians DO produce lovely looking things, not just BBs and airplanes, but also submarines. In fact, the only thing I don't like about russian designs is their soviet era automobiles :hmm:
\\ yes if somebody knows how to import and export wavefront obj files with Gmax that's interests me
have you tryed to use this?

Good import!

To me the name "Dreadnought" sounds menacing and scary :x I would hate to be on the receiving end of one of those evil metal monsters
