U-boat bases

I was wondering, is there a way to alter the availability dates of U-boat bases? For example, the 23rd Flotilla is based at Salamis until May 1942. Is there a way to extend that by a few months?

Open Flotilla cfg in notepad and scroll down to

Base5_1=757;La Spezia
Date5_1_0=1942
Month5_1_0=5 < alter this one too - one month after the Salamis change ie Month5_1_0=9
