[Q] See what you paint tool?

it may be a stupid question but im asking it anywayz.
I was wondering if there is a tool that works like a " see what you paint " way

Example:
you see the textures all flatten and you make a black stripe trough everything
When you look on the other side where the textures are all back together see the same thing in real life

i got this tool for painting airplanes in FSX
BUT IS THERE A SIMULAIR TOOL FOR SILENT HUNTER 4
something like a realtime editor for painting and reskinning

i also checked the toolbox list and i have most of those programs
if someone would help me out, i would be very thankfull

P.S. dont care about the costs, i just want to know what is the best stuff to use

I'm not sure what you mean, is that some kind of 3D model viewer that shows modifications on a texture without firing up the game or is it something else ?
no not quite,

what i ment is a paint tool that gives me the ability to paint the flat textures and see it all together ( 3d model ) on the other side

3dmax has 4 screens ( settings ) one front one above one flat etc
thats what i ment

when i paint the dds texture on the left the same time i would see what happens with the 3d model
