It has happened again! The career of my most illustrious commander has failed to resurrect itself after having been put to bed late at night. He had been condemned to a desk job in Kiel, but I had brought him out of his enforced retirement and he was outward bound for the Atlantic when I saved. In the end, after many fruitless efforts trying to reload his career the next day, including putting "x" at the end of his name, I decided to do a complete reinstall of SH3 GWX 2.0.
So there I was again, straining at the leash in my Wilhelmshaven submarine basin on September 1st 1939.
My mods were as follows:
GWX - Captain America's Officer Icons
GWX - No Medals on Crew
GWX - TA1.3_Seafloormod - 256mb
Torpedo damage Final ver2.0
OLC GUI 1.2.3 Core Files
DoubleMastValues
GWX 2.0 Armed Trawler Patch
Water_Stream_for_Uboats_V4
OLC Environment - GWX 2.0 Campaign Files with RWF
OLC Environment High Detail Scene File with RWF
OLC High Colour Files
OLCE Water Stream Compatibility Patch

Thomson's Sound Pack2
The mods were installed in the order as appears above.
No smoke from the boat exhausts appears.
No Roman numerals on the choice of torpedo dial appears: the dial is a totally blank black disc.
This latter problem had already bugged me for many weeks a month or so ago. The problem was eventually solved by the order in which I installed the mods, which order, as far as I can remember, was the same as shown above.
I had also had problems with the exhaust mod after first having installed Thomson's Sound Pack2, but this problem was again solved by the order of installation of the mods: I think that my installation of the exhaust mod prior to my installation of the sound mod had caused the problem: after having done the reverse, the exhaust gas appeared. However, I have, since my last loading of a saved game refusal and re-installation of the game, tried numerous installation combinations, but to no avail: no exhaust gas; no numbers on the torpedo selection dial.
Sehr geehrte Kaleune, was würden Sie mir raten?
