error message: Account has been blocked !!!!

every time I try to log in I get this message, how can I get it un-blocked or erset???? thanks Jeff aka subron6er

when trying to log into multiplayer, I get this error message: Account has been blocked. how can I get around this, I cant get online play, thanks Jeff

Try registering again with a new password.

thanks Jim, I did try that and I get an unknown error message.. I did manage to get into a game that I could host, or at least thought I did , but then, when the game came on it was in "pause" mode and I couldn't do a thing with it from there. I had played this game 3 months when it was new everyday, but now it looks like its over... LOL,, errrrrr.. Jeff

Rather than giving up, go to this thread and see if you can start afresh by setting up a new account....Try to use a different email account eg: Hotmail, Yahoo, gmail etc.
