{req) medals fix ?

hello to all modders is there anyone here that would be able to fix the medal problem where you get a purple heart when your awarded the medal of honor midnite says he cant fix it maybe lurker or someone here can fix this problem i dont know how hope someone can help, this is the only problem i see with silent hunter 4 patch 1.5 at this point

thanks ducimus are you going to release this as a standalone mod becuase im playing the stock version right now 1.5
