Ok I was courious and started running through the rosters. Weill I noticed that some boats aren't in the game. Haven't gone as far as to checking the names of the missing but I plan to work on that. I am using TMO brought up to service pack 2
Here is a rundown of what I know. IN totals of boats.
fleet boats.
Tench class-80 ordered 1943-1946, 25 completed. (Hull numbers between 417-424 and 435-525)
21 listed on the roster in game. I realize 4 of the boats weren't completed to well after WW2 so this class doesn't fall under any missing boats.
Balao class-256 ordered 1942-1945, 119 completed (hull mumbers between 285-360, 365-416, and 425-428)
116 boats listed in game roster
Gato class-77 ordered 1941-1945, 77 completed (hull numbers between 212-284 and 361-364)
73 listed in game roster
Tamber\Gar classes-12 ordered 1939-1940, 12 completed (hull mumbers 198-203 and 206-211)
all 12 listed. Even though they are grouped together in sources, they were officially two classes due to the fact that the Gar and her sisters had the ability to carry a 5"\51 caliber gun.
Sargo class (actually two different classes due to engine changes first six were the Sargo class and the last four "officially" belong to the Seadragon clss)-10 ordered 1937-1938, 10 completed (hull numbers between 188-197)
All 10 listed including the name change of SS-192 when she was rasided and repaired (Her name was changed from Squalus to Sailfish)
Salmon class-6 ordered 1936, 6 completed (hull mumbers between 182-187)
All 6 in the roster
Porpoise class (this was actually three classes of submarines grouped together because of charecteristics. They are refered to as the P class boats. The 10 boats were divided among three classes Porpoise: 2 boats, Shark: 2 boats, and Perch: 6 boats)-10 boats ordered 1934-1935, 10 completed (hull numbers between 172-181)
all 10 listed
I am still researching the S-boats so i will be editing this post at a later date
Now my question is if i find and enter the missing boat info will that crash the game while running missions that are already in the game?
