No offence meant to the Phillips couple, yet I do agree with Dowly, even though he might have said it with a tad of sarcasm, I stay wholeheartedly behind what I'm going to say.

The forums, or any other kind of online contact that involves more people that the person meant to receive the kind post, should be RID of all such things. If you both have internet, use Skype or some kind of messenger. If you want your "thing" to be "public", then please, find a more appropriate spot.

This isn't so bad. I played Everquest about 8 years ago. I used to be part of a guild called Servants of the Darklord actually one of its creators. In everquest then at its height there were online marriages. Most was just RPG show but for a few it was real. Trust me having to dress up in an online game was too cheezy.

Anyhow the Game moderators were like the priests and provided the special rings to the couples. I believe they had something engraved onto them and had special powers. There was the hole ceremony and so-on.. I couldn't never understand why people who lived accross the world would just fall in love with someones imagination?

So stuff like this doesn't surprise me... :smug:
