OK,, before the nitpickers and naysayers attack me,, this is my FIRST attempt at atting anything to SHIII , I work in Gmax, and in a round about way,, get it in here, I started by adding and learning with a SSN Skipjack,, no fun, just arcade shoot and kill,

So how about this instead, She is German (or a bit of paint, Austria-Hungary)
just a earlier war

STill lots and LOTS to learn and finish. many questions following the pics.

based on a IID sub:

which node is the attachment point for the main deck gun (gun, hahahha it will be a small machine gun) the gun is there, trapped in the hull.

can the guys on deck be moved about, or one or two get rid of??

can persicope depth be adjusted?

play tested,, OK in the early war,, like sailing a fly swatter, more annoys the convoy than attacks, with any airplane appears,, BOHICA,

am I developing something that has no place in SHIII??

Well, first of all, that looks really great! I like the paint-job too

as to having a place in sh3... :hmm: maybe not as an operational German front-boot, more as an interesting historical oddity..you seem to be saying that attacking a convoy in that is like shooting spitballs at a freight-train...:D

However,

Since Austro-hungary doesn't exist anymore, post WWI, most of their Navy's equipment was taken over by Italy and the other Allies and scrapped, but it wouldn't be unthinkable that some of their submarines found their way to a few of the smaller navies in the medditerranean like Yugoslavia, Greece and Turkey...

as to the technical side, moving the guys about should be doable, getting rid of one or two, I don't know
what about that RDF loop... is that accurate? if not I suggest getting rid of it...

Very well done! Very well done indeed, Sea Tiger!

You never know, this could be the beginnings of a WWI super-mod for SH3...

edit: took my "Shells Of Fury" manual and looked in it. it looks exactly like a UB-1 küsten U-boot

Great job USS Sea Tiger this sub is beautiful.

Are you have in plan make WW1 A-U mod for SH3, can you tell to us some technical details about it?

I well know history of Austro-Hungary but I don’t know too much about they subs fleet and subs class (I know only that AU navy have 27 subs in entire war:know:). Do you know more about it?

Hello

It is just as easy to make both at once as many of the boats were the same,, just differing bases. the one thing I cannot do is a duel medal awards sheet. so, I will make both, and whatever side you want to play,, just drop in the correct medals awards.

I have good plans for many of the AH fleet subs but one, The U-14, -ex Curie,

Looking high and low for this on, Von trops boat,, but only some halffuzzy phots so far are found.
