Mods folder?

Hi all, i have been playing with 4 for a while now, and thought it time to try out some of the new mods. When i look in the sh4 directory, there is no mods folder??? :shifty:
I compare it to the SH3 directory and it seems to be missing two folders:MODS and screens?
This is a second install, please help.

Download the Generic Mod Enabler, and run it. Then when it asks what directory to install, you are going to point it to your root game directory. Ex. C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific

Once that is done it will create the MODS folder for you. Then when extracting a particular mod, extract it to that MODS folder. Ex. C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific\MODS

Then run the mod enabler and you will see the mod there on the left, just click the right arrow to install it. Presto.
