Can i use the row mods with the enviorment 3.1 mod?When i try to enable the enviorment mod it says it may conflict with about 10 other mods?

If you are talking W-Clear's mod and Krillers mod melding them together. I would not. Many different changes in both that probably will cause issues.

Like i said i have to remove all the row mods ,then use the w clears mod?Correct?

Hey AVG, I'm running it over ROW w/out a problem. I've actually noticed hazy conditions when there is reported fog lt-med during the day. Cloud look is hella scarey realistic. It seems to enhance Krillers work which was outstanding to begin with. So I dunno, blind luck so far.....
