The Kriegsmarine Class Cargo ship is actually a Armed Merchant, and that from September 1939 on, and i therefor suggest that it be declared as such.
I do not remember its name (kkcls or something?), but look into
Roster/germany/sea/xxxx.cfg
and also
Sea/xxxx.cfg
and change the unittype from 102-Freighter
to 13-Blocade Breaker
just 0.02 Euroes
