Looking for mod of TDC in Periscope/UZO

I used to have a mod that provided the TDC dials in both the periscope and UZO views, and only the TDC dials (I know it's part of OLC's mod and some other larger mods). Unfortunately, I lost that mod when my computer and Microsoft Windows had a recent disagreement, which my computer lost. I've done a search but can't find just that mod by itself. Does anyone still have it, or recall what it was called so I can do a web search?
