[REL] RSRDC Phase III Patch 3

This is a “required” patch for RSRDC Phase 3. Due some major “fat fingering” a number of UNSAT bugs where generated into RSRDC.


RSRDC V3XX Patch3 Readme

1. Corrected typo that caused a CTD when selecting Balao class SS from TF42/72 on 1945.
2. Corrected conflict between guns.dat and guns_radar_02.dat that prevented the “B” turret of KGV to display
3. Correct profile for Mastu DE
4. Integrated Ducimus’s Tench class SS into RSRDC
5. Adjusted the spawn probability for single merchants between 12/41 to 10/43
6. Corrected a problem in various merchant and campaign layers that were generating very slow speed zigzag legs (3 or 4 kts)
7. Corrected a bug in the 42a_Jap_TaskForce layer that caused the Katori Class CL’s to re-spawn when they were not suppose to.

Installation

1. If RSRDC V3XX Patch 2 is installed, uninstall it is no longer required
2. Install "in port"
