help ...cant use deck guns

on the page that shows all your crew ....where the icons for the 2 deckguns are ,there are no squares to place crew there anymore so i cant man the deck gun.Someone know whats going on ?

Dman i cant handle that is there a easy way.I have deleted the save game files except for the one i am using so i cant back up.
