I Would Like To Know If There Is A Way To Increase The Speeds Of Task Forces.11 And 12 Knots Is A Little To Slow I Believe.if Its Possible Would You Take The Time To Give Me A Step By Step.thanks

the upper speed limit of a TF is determined by
the top speed of the slowest unit so ship composition
matters.
