Ok to follow on from the japanese exercises which were single player missions ive derived a scenario to which is fairly true to life, Pacific reach 08, it has multiple controllable units perry FFG 688i / SSN21 akulas kilos MH60 P3 it involves a hypothetical mass fleet exercise, its multiplayer so you can play online hopefully (in testing).

Exercise pacific reach 08
Exercise pacific reach 08 has been announced to take place this year early to mid February, navies across the pacific have been invited to take part, and these countries include Japan, United States, Russia, China, Australia, and the United Kingdom
Taiwan has declined the offer to participate in this year’s exercise, which will involve all aspects of naval and aerial combat.
The main focus to this exercise is anti submarine warfare (ASW), to which the nations who participate will each train using various methods of detection and tracking submarines.
All Navies who participate will be required to send at least one submarine and one surface combatant to the exercise area.
China has announced its intention to conform with foreign navies despite the recent political upheaval.
The united states has planned to send a Landing platform helicopter (LPH) to act as a small carrier for the operations as well as two auxiliary vessels to conduct on going fleet replenishment and support, one auxiliary will be from the United Kingdom both these vessels will not be classified as targets they are classed as civilian support ships and must not be attacked.
Pacific reach will take place in close proximity to the Japanese coast line approximately 800nm away.
Please note that this is taking place in international waters, there is civilian traffic in the area please be advised that attacking any civilian vessel is not allowed and any vessel found to have attacked a civilian vessel will have immediate disqualification, there are no exceptions to this rule.
Vessels from all navies must conform to regulations set by the host, any vessel operating outside the exercise area may not attack any vessel inside the area, if this is found the Captain will be issued with a penalty successive attacks while outside the exercise area will lead to disqualification.
