loading thru "Quick Start" ??

:arrgh!: I have a new (to me) loading problem. I updated my GWX files to 2.0. and my uberboot to 1.4 beta. I run 1 career with uber & 1 without. When I load mods via JSGME I load a VERY min. setup as this:

JCW intro
ail das boot officers mod v2
uberboot v1.4 beta
GWX 16km atmosphere
elite uboat uniform blk

in this order. I have tried several different combo's of mods. I would like to run several more but I am still trying to find SOMETHING that works. When I updated I also updated the "Comander" files, and yes I did the compatability file also. Now for the problem.

:hmm: When I load the game, thru commander or not, it does not mater, it will go thru load screens incl. JCW intro, & @ base screen. Then when I start a patrol it will load till the screen says "not so long ago...". Then the game will freeze up. The only way out is to do the Cont+Alt+Del (CAD) to get to desk top. There I find a task manager screen & a warning screen that I have to cycle thru that says "menu id not found 0x3f010022 (click on close) 0x3f010026 (CoC) 0x3f010025 (CoC). Then click to close task manager. Then go down to quick start menu & it will finish loading from where it left off (comes up in the control room).?

WtH :hmm: is going on here.??. Am I missing something ? Help, PLEASE..

IIRC tis an error where the game cant find a file its looking for
Usually from the menu.ini file

Which of your mods has that file in ?
Try removing ALL mods = rolling back SH3commander first
Then try adding them one at a time

THANKS guys will give it a try befor I have to go to work. Some anyway dont have a lot of time. Might have to do some 2mar0 afternoon when I wake up. :doh:

I loaded thru commander with NO mods = loads fine
I loaded thry commander with uberboot only = load freeze @ same point

Damn I want my uberboat. Can I load an earlier version, or can I fix this one ? Or ??
