Anyone Have the Definitive Mod Order?

I have been reading the rather large number of posts regarding the order in which mods have to be installed to get the 'proper' effect and experience, however there are many contradictions it seems. Does anybody have a definitive JSGME list of mods in the proper order depending on the users preferred loadout, ie. ROW, TM, RSRD or just ROW with stock, or ROW, RFB, RSRD etc.

Note ROW first, RFB and then RSRD. Everything can go after this. My chrono mod can go after also. It just happened to end up first. Never mind some of the other mods....these are tests for RFB coming to a download site soon:rock:

The betterscopes 1.5 required manual menu.ini changes. As per provided in the DL.I think I removed two files from Prolonged DC attack that conflicted with another mod. The destroyers are still dangerous so I guess I didnt take out anything critical ^^

One thing Iv'e noticed is iv'e lost some updated interior ship textures... still working on that.

Yeah, for now I am just using Trigger, but will probably add RSRDC at some point :yep:

I'll post a screen shot once I get the new NSM and TM mods installed. I'll probably add some of the ROW files, too.

Is anyone using Kriller's ship skins? If so, where are you putting it in relation to the TM, ROW, RSRDC, NSM line-up?

Does the ROW Sound Effects v.8 mod overwrite any changes from TM Sounds mod? Also TRMSteve made a bunch of sound fixes for all of the boat classes. Are these duplicated in the TM and/or ROW sound mods?

Hi all.

Got to be honest, I am getting more and more confused with all this.
I just want somebody to tell me the order in which I install TM 1.7, ROW and RSRD??
I also have numerous other sound, voice, special fx etc mods by third parties which I am unsure about installation order also.

I have read around 3 or 4 different threads regarding this and they all say a different order!!:damn: :damn:

Just wanna play the game with the best possible sounds, effects, realism etc but just dont know which way round to install!!

SOMEBODY HELP!! Wanna get sinkin' ships!!

Yeah, thats similar to what I had in the first place, What about Krillers skin pack, warship retexture and the many, many sound, skin and graphical tweaks that I have??
Where do they fit in?? (especially the new NSM 4.0)
I also have Map mods, scope mods etc.
You can see how I could get frustrated!!!

I love the game and just want it to be the best it can be!!! (my missus hates it because she gets neglected)Ha ha!! :lol:

I put NSM4 after RSRDC and then after that I installed Kriller's mods. In regard to sound mods, kriller's mods, and NSM4, I don't think that they will interfere much with each other, if at all. So, you could try just about any order. The main reason that you put TM first, ROW second, and NSM third is because they purposefully overwrite the previous mod's files in certain areas.

Yes, except that I would hold off on ROW sound effects. TM has done a pretty good job of updating a lot of interior sound effects and I personally like them better than the ROW sounds. Plus, I noticed that the ROW sounds cut out early. I never experienced that with the TM sounds.
