Does anyone have an RU gen_qtrs.wav??

Does any one have an RU version of gen_qtrs.wav? I need it for a MP map set I'm working on. The actual language would be awesome if at all possible. I'd rather have 'that', but if not I have workarounds. I was considering HFRO sample but there is too much background noise on the data point that I need.
