Free cam altitude mod?

When in free cam mode there seems to be an altitude limit. Is there a mod to remove this? If so, could someone point me in the right direction. I'm thinking of something similar to the GWX mod for SH3 where you can move the free cam as high as you want to go.

I recommend the whole thing, or just use the camera mod.

For me I really like the Camera rig from RFB the best and so I use that
one in all.
