[TEC-REQ] Dummy controller

Hello

There is a dial

Type=62;Dummy

I have no idea what it does, but I'm guessing it's nothing and was used by the devs to hhave a functioning dial for testing purposes that could be "plugged-in" later.

If so, I'm very interested in it, but i have no idea what controller or command is linked to it.

Does anyone here have any ideas?

I don't think there's a command linked to it :(

At least, I couldn't find one.
