Ofcourse the TDC aint work you have to set it to manual 1st.. (click the light on the left side afaik) then it should work fine

still, if you look closely, there is an auto/manual switch. Also i think that if you press it on the TDC screen it automaticaly switches all the other TDCs (TDC screen, the one in the command room and the dials on the conning tower) to manual (or auto) as well.

they do, just right click the WO's icon to take his place, switch it to manual and you can use them. But it looks odd, as "you" crouch to operate the TDC.

If you get Serbutos cam mod, then you can walk in free view and still use the tdc in the conning tower!
