There was a mod-tool that could make new water ways on the map. I used to have it on a disk but lost it. Does anyone remember what it was and where it could be down loaded? I think it first came out about late 2005 or very early 2006.

ohhhhh.....can you say great lakes and the mississippi...how fun would it be to sneak up the st.luarence seaway!!! of course... pre 1941 you could take an ixb up it and doodle around...

Ref has done some tools that take your breath away.
Why this one got lost to most, is beyond me!!
Since I live near Lake Erie?
Gonna put it in my personnal install!

I think it was first created to solve the Scapa Flow and the Canal to Kiel problems. Thanx for reminding me.

Lake Superior, yes, I too live on the lakes
the big fitz!!!??? well she wasn't made until the 50's...it would be nice to have lake frieghtors... and make some ports (although i don't have the skill for all this) and of course, it would be impossible to enter after 1941 i bet.
EDIT: No dice!!! the seaway wasn't made until 1959! so, lol we could make some pretty lakes to goggle at on the map, nothing more though.
