Somebody should convert these ships from SH4 to SH3

1. modern passanger liner from Japan, this could make a nice troop transport.

2. Minesweeper from Japan, this could make a nice minesweeper for the nations with "lesser" naval power.

3. Subchaser from Japan, this could substitute the current Subchaser from Russia
