well 43 and 44 are dead on that page but there on filefront i seen them the other day

I can help you but we reall need to ask the Church himself before a upload his awesome work somewere.

The only source I know of is the "site which shall remain nameless" and the links are mostly dead. I'm afraid it's back to whoever sourced the material in the first instance and a fervent hope that he / she retained it all and is in a position to repost.
