If and only if you are using ROW Kriller2 made a night time visability help file to go with it that increases the ocean and sky lighting for nights.

Yes you can try my improved Night visibility mod for ROW:

And see if it helps, but I haven't tested the mod with the new patch, so please send me some feedback if you try it.
EDIT LOL We were answering this together LeoVampire! ;)
Well I use ROW, all the new 1.4 compatable ones, but I also use T.M. latest and RSRDC for T.M.. Should this still be ok, or do you mean only using ROW and vanilla 1.4?? I will try it with those other mods to see if all is ok, thanks mates.
Is this incorporated in your "ROW Textures with Sun Halo" mod Leo?

There were some people uncomfortable with the real life darkness of the original mod work for ROW.
So I asked Kriller to make a set of textures that would make it a little lighter out at night time for people who wanted it or who had eye sight problems.
Just add this texture file ontop of the row textures. All that is in it is a Sky and water texture file.
Thanks Leo I appreciate it.
Post Process Effects can have an effect on night vision too, and your Gamma setting relating to PPE on/off
also...
if your using any periscope mods i think they can change how you can view through the lens as well. Some Periscope mods make the lens a little dark, others make them a bit brighter.
