Hello GWX team and all, :|\\
I thank you VERY much for this labour of love.
I have an issue which could be a corrupted version of GWX 2.0 actually:
I downloaded ALL the necessary files from Filefront and launched GWX 2.0 BUT the screen is black and it says "Game Paused."
I tried to tap the backspace key to "Unpause" the game but it doesn't work.
Should this be happening or did I go to the wrong download link for GWX 2.0 for Vista users?
Thank you kindly, hellas1

Hmmm that is an odd problem, no idea what could cause it!
I'm playing GWX2.0 on vista, no problems at all.

Go to the GWX Website FAQ page and read / do all of the "Use of the MD5 Mate" section.
You have a corrupted copy of GWX or SH3 1.4b installation.

Herr Kapitan, :|\\
The website you directed me to is freezing on my system.
Can you look into this please?

Use this link:
http://gwx.mysite.orange.co.uk/
Jesus thats a lot of tumbs down !
If I was you I should do what the Kpt says,
use MD5 to check your downloaded GWX files...
if it gives you an error, download the bad file again !
That is the drill!:yep:

Hello all, :|\\
I wanted to thank you Herr Kapitan for the alternate link but it still causes my internet explorer to lock up.
Can you please post the files or direct me elsewhere OTHER than at filefront, because that's where I downloaded the GWX 2.0 files from.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Don't mean to pooh pooh on GWX or anyone for that matter.
That link Herr Kapitan gave just "locks up" or freezes on me.
Danke. :|\\
GWX 2.0 Rocks BTW..

Use of the MD5 Mate
MD5 mate allows you to check the integrity of the GWX installation files. Please visit http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products.html (http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products.html) to obtain the latest copy of the program.
When you download the GWX installation files, you will be given the MD5 Hash codes for each part. These are listed below:
GWX2.EXE - D1FF0D6BFD651E869E323D393B1D5B1E
GWX2-1.BIN - 7B14767E3FD8DD9866D902D6CB4B69FE
GWX2-2.BIN - 2718CAD3259B5A43DF03AA88DEAB402B
GWX2-3.BIN - AB9AF05BD89263A018F383EDA589DE90
GWX2-4.BIN - 0FFDB16F197E159E61651DB5D805529A
GWX2-5.BIN - 753D95679C46DF2C54AF7E93B0CCB6EB
GWX2-6.BIN - AB5D09575688802B08156CE1C24C6C88
GWX2-7.BIN - 5BF3E05A81D0E4E09F331090FD3C4C7B
These codes need to be copied/placed into the MD5 Mate interface window and the corresponding GWX installation file selected in the file browser, then click COMPARE.

Also, with the errors you are listing, the indication is that the installation of SH3 that you are installing GWX over, is not Stock SH3 patched to version 1.4b as is required:
