Did some research. H2F is a small Düsseldorf based company who does corporate software for cash register systems and especially for barber shops :D
Ralf Hildenhagen, the owner of the company, produces google hits with barber software as well as with historical articles in a online literature magazine. So he is either the author of that historic text or it is simply a namesake, but Hildenhagen is not exactly a common name.
One of the programmers names showed at informatics department at Düsseldorf University but I am not sure as what (TA maybe?).
