SCU bug

hi

whenever I try to run SCU I get a failed message sayig "unable to copy periscope.dll from interfaces/AkulaII (or SSN21 or 688i) are you sure it exists?"

I think at least one other person here has had this error, is there a way to fix it? id love to be able to use SCU
