Help error 1608 with sh3 reinstall

Hi all,I need your help.After uninstalling gwx 1.03,I find that I cannot reinstall SH3.When I try installing Sh3,I get the following error msg.Error 1608,unable to create install driver instance return code-2147024894.I've tried resetting the dcom settings on my puter but no joy:damn:.Anybody got any idea's as to what the problem could be-Tks-Cody
