I have been around this isue for 3 days but somehow
I can not find the solution for this!


I am talking about this semitransparent black screen that goes on the all
console as a background, that I want to remove...

Can some one tell me were in the menu-ini I take this of !:hmm:

Look at:
data\Menu\Gui\Layout\Bgr00.tga

Make it black with alpha channel, and voilà it's transparent :yep:

Turn it black ? Don't have any idea on how to do that unless,

I can make a new one black color and
Make the normal Alpha channel and Tga file that will cover the isue doesn't it ??:hmm:

I use a mod called "Transparent Dials" that does just that. I think it's still listed somewhere.

I've got another problem - the quick crew management buttons on the F7 screen worked once, and then never again. Is this normal for GWX, or did something get messed up? How do I undo it?

Gona try yours but with the one I've turn black no chance,

Could it be the Bgr tga and not the 00 one!?:hmm:

Did mine work for you?

The Bkgr.tga in my own install, in stock and in GWX is all black with an alpha channel, so I'm pretty sure that file isn't the one. But it's a very long time since I messed with this, though I'm still certain it should be Bgr00.tga

No yours didn't do the Job also,
But as I said it was The Bkgr.tga

I just turned it Transparent 100%
add the Alpha Chanel and the result was this:

Now it's just a matter of relocation of the Steath Meter and
fit a litlle the Message groupe space !:yep: :up:
