Custom sub emblem help requested

Hi, guys. I have been wanting to do this for a while now but haven't. I was wondering if someone could take this image and turn it into a usable emblem for my sub? It is from The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. I tried using GIMP, but I couldn't get it to work right. Maybe someone who knows what they are doing could take a stab at it? It is probably a simple two minute thing to do, but I don't know how to do it. I would like the dimensions of the image to stay the same. At least I know how to resize an image! :oops::lol:

Thanks guys! :up: I don't know why I really wanted it. I guess I just wanted something a bit zany. It's kind of funny sailing under the emblem of Mehrunes Dagon. :lol:
