Error installing GWX 2.0

Hi guys I wonder if anyone can help me. I have just done a complete fresh install of SH3 and patched to 1.4B, I am now trying to installing GWX 2.0 however i keep getting the following error

E:\SilentHunterIII\data\Sea\NBB_PofWales\NBB_PofWa les.dat

An Error occurred while trying to copy a file:
The Source file is corrupted

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not reccommended), Or Abort to cancel.

I have tried deinstalling and reinstalling and patching 3 times now but still get the same error. The files I am using to install Gwx 2.0 are as follows

All files are in a seperate GWX 2.0 Folder. I think GWX2-3.bin may be the dodgy one due to the difference in file size to the others, Not sure if you guys could confirm that. If it isnt any ideas as i'm very very keen to try this mod out.

I am installing in Vista 32bit and all is running as admin.

You'll need to re download GWX2-3.bin, it's size should be 204,800 KB also.
For further insurance you can check the md5 hash of the files.
