Yeah, its kind of hard but in another week the dust will begin to settle.

I have been testing TM and RFB with RSRD and have been adding stuff that is already incorporated much to my chagrin. There are plenty of folks here to point out the errors. It happens right now I recommend three ways to play; not in any order.

1. Sobers Big Mod

2. TM 1.7 with RSRD

3. RFB with RSRD

that way you keep it simple and you only have to look at 3 threads. I am not using ROW at all as Leo is working on that and in his "first look" he notes big changes are needed.

Hope this helps. Oh one final note, through trial and error I find that after I load up a bunch of new mods I will trial them in the Burma Convoy Single Mission. This gives you instant action with merchants, DD's some aircraft. If its broken it won't run with this mission. Beats going on a career and crossing the Pacific only to find out through a CTD that the mods aren't working when you run into a merchant or heaven forbid a nasty DD.:damn:

What I recommend it picking one of the major base modification...ie Trigger Maru or RFB. Both of these incorporate a lot of the other works such as RSRD, NSM, Taters DC mod. This eleminates some headache. Now you just need to concentrate on the thread that contains TM or RFB. Currently I use RFB for ROW and keep an eye on thread. Eventually it will start to incorporate the new mods coming out. I see the new longer evasion mod as part of RFB and TM is Duci is interested in putting it in. Currently I run the following:

ROW
RFB for ROW
RSRD for RFB
Longer evasion mod

Thats it! I just watch these threads for updates. I also skulk around in other threads to see what is new. So go pick TM or RFB and build your game from there.
