I tried searching for "message box" and for "message hud" but I'm obviously missing a key word.
So, having said that I'm looking for the tweak that will allow me to permanently place the message box elsewhere on the screen without having to move it everytime I start the game. I prefer it sitting on top of the toolbar and with the slider set to 'invisible' etc.
I know it's a simple matter of a config file change but I can't remember the parameters and (of course) forgot where the original mod thread is.:damn:

It's for version 1.3, but has been edited for v1.4, so this should do the trick for you.

One little tip that might help you come the next patch (if there is one). Keep a folder somewhere where you can remember where it is and in that folder create text files named things like MessageBoxFix and put the text changes that you make in those files. Then you don't have to go back and find threads over again. One step even better, create ini mods for JimiMadrids ini file changer, then all you'll have to do is change the chapter numbers and apply them.
