The old new base bug. Anyone remember how to fix this?

I was too eager with new mods and paid the price by having to reinstall everything. Now that my crying has stopped how do you fix the new base bug. It's my third time forgetting about this. It has become a habit. A bad one at it.

I hate it when the new base doesn't show up on the map and if I dock at the old base(or any base) I would lose my renown for that patrol sucks.

Any help is appreciated
