Hi, i was wondering if someone created a mod where flags don't fly underwater.

Yep they have
Will be in GWX 2.0

I think, you understand why I write it... SH3 and SH4 are not interesting to me and to me laziness something to do...

if you use the VisibleUnderWater controller and set it to 1 then the flag will ONLY be visible underwater, not above water (vice versa for a value of 0). The WaterInteraction controller is best because you can define a depth (either above or under) that the controller will display an 'alternative' object for the object used. ;)

open up the *.act files in your \SilentHunterIII folder with a hex editor to learn about the controllers and other interesting items ;)

what are you trying to do? Are you wanting to code this controller in one of the .dat files or something? Do you know much about the files?
