I'm glad to release mi first 3d heavy modded ship!
Avaiable in 3 version:

WITH guns and airplanes:

This is a BETA version, with some problems (one propellers is static, initially this was intended as a static unit; a deck texture near one elevator is strange, some shadows are lighted) :hmm: but for now this is my best ^^ if you can emprove this work, call me :yep:

This is a big file, 21,6 mb.. say me if you found some errors! You can post reports here or via PM ^^

Realism lovers can put this unit in GENOVA dock; some others can create italians battle groups with a carrier.. :ping:

It's soooo beautiful.

Just one doubt: the red and white recognition stripes seem a little too narrow to me, if compared with images of other Regia Marina units. Of course, Aquila never had them (it was never painted -- as far as I know -- and a "rusty" version for realism sake would be just great...), but just to get the same look and feel of other Italian combat vessels.

Von Dos I saw your sig for the first time and my mouth is watering. I don't know whether to thank you or shun you all ships modeler:D. I can't stop playing SH3 because every now and then new ships would be available to satiate my hunger to sink more and more type of ships.


Great models. I wish there was a Queen Mary model kit for me to build. She's lovely.
