Adjusting Camera Angle

I was looking for a mod to adjust the angle of the free camera to get the ships not look like they're just rowboats. Something like this:

I read about CCIP's CameraMod v.2.0 but I can't find it. The files at rapidshare are removed and the link at u-boot.realsimulation.com to the mod doesn't work.

Does somebody know where to find the mod or do you suggest another mod to get the same result?

Ive always used the < or > then pan around...using the arrow keys to move in or out....:cool:
