New Skin I would like modded for U-99

Saw these pictures of U-99 and know some of you experienced modders might like tackling this and I would like it as its Otto Kretchmers U-99 most famous of all.
I love the colors and the rust job would be great on this boat. Going to post some pictures to give you an idea of how it is painted. Would really enjoy this to use. thanks to who ever tackles this.:lol:

I'll try to see if there is some real photos of the boat U-99 online. You could check some of my U-boats I believe my latest VIIC Standard is very similar to your image. :up:

Yes its a VIIB I would have to look and see what that VIIC_standard is i have it but would have to check . Here is a picture of the VIIC_standard that I have.

I like in the picture of U-99 how U99 is painted on side of conning tower this would be a nice feature if we had a list of Uboat #'s that we could use on our subs. Like all of them is this possible to do or not? I do like the sub which skin is that by the way.:yep:

Do what you think best Wolfhunter but I am sure most would like to use with whichever U-boat they using at this moment in campaign I am using U-45 with a commander called Kurt Dietrich:up: and racking up 69,947 on first patrol of war on a 40 day cruise in the Bay of Biscay

I was wondering if Racerboy could use some of the effects here.

I've noticed that when water touches or goes near the exhaust holes something happens. Either hot steam shoots out because of the metal being hot, or hot fumes pressure forces some of the ocean water to spray out?:hmm:

There is the canon and flak sounds from the warship very cool to hear and see.

Ah-ha its starting to look like something. Needs some more work. I feel confortable to show some teaser pics. Really rusty and used. I have to work more on the rust. Right now some rust parts are blob like. Some minor textures work I have to do and some fine tuning needed here and there.

Uboat VIIB is almost finished. I'm going to soon start VIIC which should be easy to convert since most of the files are already made. Then VIIC3play for tomi and later his newer VIIC/41 model. One or 2 more days and I'm finished I hope.:smug:

I've just finished Tomi's VIICplay3 and will soon work on his VIIC/41play3 and VIIDplay3. They use VIIC NSS_Uboat7c_hull texture so I just have to see if all fits nicely.

Just finished tomi's type VIIC/41play3 and now almost finished his alpha VIID.

I will have two downloads.

One will be standard rez of 1024 with multiple folders and one of 2048 rez
Multiple folders are,
a)VIIB will be the default folder to be enabled first
b)VIIC will be the second folder to enable overwriting the VIIB in JGSME
c)VIIC3play by tomi will be the 3rd folder to overwrite VIIC SH3 default
d1)VIIC/41play3 will be the fourth folder to overwrite VIIC3play
d2)VIID alpha will be the last folder or you can switch between the last too.

VIIB has to be first
VIIC second
VIIC3play third must
Last two is a choice, either or.

There is alot of files in this skin mod

I will try to write the Readme as clear as possible.:damn:
