Do you use JSGME program to enable mods?

Are you talking about berry's Flottila 1.44 mod?

If so berry's mod isn't exactly JSGME friendly.

You will have to create a folder I called Flottila_1_44 and open it then drag and drop his data folder into it.
Also you can add a folder into the newly created directory called Documents and add his readme file to it.

I hope that helps you.

Here you go mate!!
You should try it, it's a really useful program and will make your life easier with enabling/disabling mods.
Just a tip... enable/disable mods only when you are at port.

Well thats not totally true. Major mod yes CapZap is right. only enable or disable at ports but simple skins or Music files you can do it ingame.
