Where can I find more ships (I've found a few on u-boot.realsimulation.com) ? Also, when Ive added them to the game, do I need to manually put them in the campaign layer to have them show up? how does this work?

Thanks

Hi Fusek

Merchants\Tanker\Patrol boats and Destroyers can be added no problem and seen with no changes needed
Other ships such as the Renown or British heavy cruisers wont show as no generic entries for those types

1.04 includes a boatload of new ships and the campaign files are as generic as they can be
Allowing virtually all new units to be just plug and play

Hope that helps

@BBW
Does that mean there are generic entries in 1.04 for BBs and CVs as well?

Ah I understand.

Last night I've downloaded a few merchants imported from SH4. In museum they only show up as Japanese. How do I add them to other nations so they will appear in convoys etc?

Just copy the ship selected by you, into folder nationality that you want.
But I advice to you keep the historical conditions.
(I'm speaking about units from GWX only) ;)

Have amuse.

Just to clarify: you don't have to copy the whole ship. There's a file in the Roster/*Nation*/Sea folder for each ship. In order to make it available to other nations you have to copy this file for each ship into each /*nation*/sea folder you wish the ship to appear.

(substitute *nation* for British, German, American, Brasil, Sweden etc.)
