Crew qualification mod

Is there a mod that allows you to qualify multiple crew members in repair, flak, watch etc. etc. before you leave base as opposed to being able to qualify only one member of your crew when you return from a mission?

:hmm: not a mod, but you could have a look at SH3commander.
One of it's features is that you can modify your crew members
*) name
*) rank (but in a limited way)
*) decorations
*) skill

SH3 Commander even allows you to give qualifications to the sailors, but it doesn´t have any real effect in game. ;)
