ive been pilfering every mod going in here for almost a year without saying a thing so i think its time i gave something back, these were done for my own use because after the 1.2 patch there wasnt a clock i liked at all, theyre probebly not perfect but i liked using them , as you can see by the number i got a bit carried away. anyway if you want them your welcome to them. ignore my silly nick ive had it since 1999 in my cs days

my own preferances are the black & gold model 22 or omega with biege hands, each zip contains the pictured pocket watches, with the usual readme and image ect. all the faces lettering and lenses are new as is the top addon on the 22 models and casings on the omegas, the rest is some recolouring texture editing and lighting ect. all are jsgme ready in theyre respective folders.

Nice!

Thank you.

Nice work  Thanks for sharing. Looks like you did kinda go overboard (pun instended) on the number, but variety is the spice of life. Now if I could just figure out how to get a random chrono to show up in game each time you start it, I'd do "A Watch in Every Pocket"

Very cool!! Deciding which one to use will be the biggest problem- but it's a wonderful problem to have.

Lovely work!

And WELCOME ABOARD!

Also, your screen name isn't so silly. And besides, there's nothing wrong with a silly name...isn't that what screen names are for?:sunny:

Beautiful work  Now all I have to decide is which one do I want the most.

Ah hell I want them all :rotfl:

Awesome work. Is it JSGME enabled because the chrono hasn't changed when I enabled it via JSGME.

Thanks for the nice work on these....love the choices!.....
I think i'll take the gold Hamilton...

Too bad you can't mod a nice gold watch fob to match it!

Cheers!

Pick the one you like and copy that folder and paste it into the Mod folder for JSGME then turn it on and activate it and you are good go to.

The old extra folder trick .

De@dMe@t

my fault should have used winrar or 7zip, they generally do as theyre told compressing

Well, it could be the difference between the "extract here" option and the "extract" option, too. I think any compressor/extractor has the possibility of adding an extra folder layer.

Nice job on the chronos!

can somone post the menu changes to make the chrono "mini"? will that also require a new chrono graphic?

Metl
11-07-07, 01:32 AM
the graphic is completely optional and works with either the mini or regular, I think anyway. I prefer the night attack watch, with the green-tipped hands. Great job de@me@t!

Just a small problem, but you really can't see the second hands with the black faces... Is there a way to get them white to match the white handed watch?

I would like to know too. I really like your night attack clocks but you can't read it very well at night, which kind of defeats its purpose. Good work otherwise.

ignore my silly nick ive had it since 1999 in my cs days

Pity, I thought you were fine until you said 'CS'... (nah joking, I went by the name sheepshagger when playing at Melbourne cafe's)

Cheers for compiling these Chrono's. Had started doing it but you had more than I realised were available.

Quick question on the .ini entries.

1. By using that funky tool to add them to my .ini rather than by hand, will I then be able to activate/unactivate any particular chrono with no other changes needed?

1) For those people who like to get randomized chronos when starting SH4, i have upgrade my songrandomizer to randomize also the chronos.
on each start of the proggie one clock is selected and installed in the sh4 Data Folder. Pressing the randomize Clock button, another new clock is randomized.( If you donīt like the former one)

http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/4765/randomizerda5.jpg

1)http://www.file-upload.net/download-643487/Chronos.rar.html

Please unpack the chronos.rar file in your SH4 Mainfolder. (See 1)

http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/2521/demonv4.jpg

2) If you want to get a mini chrono but don't like to play in the menu1024.ini, you can download JTxE with minichrono.ini. Unpack the MiniChrono.rar in the SH4 Main Folder, start JTxE and install the mini chrono mod. JtxE will change only the necessary lines in the menu1024.ini. (No interference to other installed Mods)

2) http://www.file-upload.net/download-643140/MiniChrono.rar.html

Enjoy it.

Nice watches.

I'm using the gold hamilton. The small hand on the small stop watch dial at the bottom of the face is too long. It extends out past the watch edge when it rotates. Can you fix without too much trouble?

Thanks,

Mike

I got sh3 back around Christmas for 5 bucks. Liked it so well, purchased sh4 and ubm for about 30. Didn't take me too long to determine that 3 was far superior to 4 (the mods made it that way), so left 4 layin' there for a few months. Today, I decided to give sh4 one more try.

The first thing I noticed when I used the stopwatch was, "oh, I've got the Hamilton quartz model in 1941 (tick... tick...tick...huh?)" Correct me if I'm wrong, shouldn't that second hand be sweeping in '41?? I hope I'm wrong.

Does this mod address this? Also, these links are broken. Any help appreciated.
