Anyone know where there's a freeware program I can use to convert pictures to .tga format and, possibly, make them smaller? Got lots of stuff I could use for Captain's Desk pictures, SH III boat emblems, but am clueless how to convert .jpegs to something I can use with the game.

Scroll down to near the bottom of the "Interface / Visual Mods" section for my 9 sets of ready to use images. Get the A Girl In Every Port program (under "Modding Tools And SH4 Utilities") to change the image randomly before playing, or even ingame.

A tenth CDP set may be available later this week, or next week.

I'll probably be using some of those images occasionally Fred, but what you don't have is a pic of my girlfriend, which gratifies me, or my cat, which I can send you if you really want one.:D

XNview will also convert to and from tga ( and I think even dds if you use the nconvert utility it comes with).

If all you want to do is conversion and scaling, xnview will even do batch conversions and scalings.
