There is a ROW Sound Effects VS 1 and also apparently something called "Ultimate SH4 Soundpack".
How do they relate to one another. Should both be installed...and would they both be installed via JSGME? I currently have only the ROW Sound effects VS 1 installed.

Loading one will overwrite parts of the other, so it's best to open them both up and compare the sounds and pick the ones you like best. Delete the one you don't like and combine them into one mod.
