radar antenna-Help Please

I seemed to had lost my radar antenna & you need it to play the game. I am using a IXD-2 sub, can someone help me in the configurations to get it back or some other way. Please & thank You

What exactly do you mean lost it? Was it there and it was gone at some point or there was something else? What year do you play? If you're using the radio detection finders you need to use the Lare War Sensors mod that come with GWX.

Can you provide some more information so we can help you?

It's a clean install of SH3 & GWX. The radar antenna is not there. I am in 1939, Nov & use an IXD-2 sub. Is it listed in the basic config files? What radar detection finders & you mean GWX late war sensors?

Umm, that indicates an un-clean version of GWX. I'm prety sure the IXD2 is not available in 1939.;)

However, are we talking about the RDF Loop or Radar.

IXD2 does not exist in 1939. They become operational much later in the war. That's indicative that something is wrong in your installation. Can you actually see the big round antena rotating in right hand side of your Bridge Screen? Also in 1939 there were no Radars for U-Boats. Finally I would suggest you post a couple of screenshots in order to help us understand the problem.

The IXD2 and accompanying radar antenna was not available in 1939 :nope:

You clearly appear to have a corrupt installation :yep:

Might I suggest you reinstall your game afresh using the guidelines below to assist you :up:

1.Uninstall SH3 via Windows' "Add/Remove programs"
2. Open Windows Explorer and:
- *delete* the folder where you had installed SH3
- *delete* the \My Documents\SH3 folder
3. Reinstall SH3
4. If your SH3 did not come with patch v1.4b already included, install patch v1.4b. Ensure you install the patch that corresponds to your copy of SH3 (Download/DVD/EMEA/US)
5. OPTIONAL: Copy and paste this "clean" install as a backup to avoid the need to follow steps 1-3 if your game becomes corrupt in future
6. Download theGWX.exe and the five .bin files. While there grab the v1.03 patch
7. Run GWX.exe and follow the installation prompts
8. Run GWX103.exe and follow the installation prompts
9. SH3 COMMANDER USERS: Download SH3Commander and download the GWX 1.02+ Cfg files for SH3 Commander and unzip the contents DIRECTLY into your SH3 Commander\Cfg folder.
