Delta-IV Is accessible long ago, in SCX-IIc in missions a BoomeRANG and STORMBRINGER triple pack [Subguru.com check up ] ...

You are right - I have never played those campaigns. Seems I have re-invented the wheel. However my version, using the Jones mod enabler, is probably a bit easier to use and then revert to the original setup.
